OUR STORY IN BRIEF
We are management consultants operating from Mumbai & Hyderabad, India. We are a team management professionals, lead auditors in ISO QMS, with 26 years existence in market with hundreds of projects all over India. In 1996, we began as authorized resellers for Philips. As we were in the field, we were approached by the CASIO INDIA LTD franchise to create a direct marketing team for them. We have big corporate cos as our clients like CASIO, SBI, ICICI, DR REDDY LABS, HSBC, etc., We are masters in Lean Management, a world-class philosophy aimed at removing waste in processes and increasing value in a process.

TABOR team at first studied the entire laboratory routine work being handled by professional doctors and technical staff and noted the fallacies. They made note of it and suggested points to improve the performance and introduced some new things which we are not aware of, to improve the quality of work in all sections.
