TABOR team at first studied the entire laboratory routine work being handled by professional doctors and technical staff and noted the fallacies. They made note of it and suggested points to improve the performance and introduced some new things which we are not aware of, to improve the quality of work in all sections. I received a message this morning around 9:30 am saying that there will be an ISO QMS meeting by Tabor, Mumbai team so I should be present there. Initially, I thought it is waste of time, but when I attended the workshop, it was so helpful for me not only as a director in my knowledge but also to grow as a leader in my place. Very good project by the Tabor team. I will need their services in the future to take my centre to the top level
