We have a very dedicated, highly qualified team at Tabor, doing projects on an ownership basis. In 1996, we began as authorized resellers for Philips & Ahuja. As we were in the field, in 1999, we were approached by CASIO INDIA LTD’s franchisee, to create a direct marketing team for their products, which we did successfully.
Later in 2002, one hospital in south India asked us to help them in creating a marketing team to increase its referrals which we did and to our surprise, it was very successful.
After completing that project, we did another project with another hospital in creating admin and marketing teams, which has become very fruitful for them.
From then on, we established our niche in healthcare by doing full-time projects. Later we did a lot of research in healthcare branding and brought out ‘Lean Healthcare’ for our clients, a world-class philosophy routing out ‘waste’ in processes and increasing value to the pts. We started guiding ‘doctors’ in managing hospitals by designing systems, training staff, and consultants and creating marketing teams.
Our main asset is, we go into ‘o w n e r s h i p’ and go hand in hand with our clients as partners, and guide them step-by-step in reaching their vision and mission.
We in turn get a lot of business from them, thru their referrals.
