This hospital asked us to restore their brand and so we conducted very confidential one-on-one meetings between the Board of Directors and the main Head of Depts to ascertain to do Gap Analysis that has occurred between them. After this event, we made a very detailed report & given to the Board of Directors as to how to correct many things and to restore revenues and get back staff trust which had gone bad

PROFESSIONAL, SUDDEN STOCK-TAKING OF PHARMACY

In this video, you can see how we caught pharmacy staff having Rs 10 lacs worth of expired stock both in the stock room and at the live pharmacy counter. For this, we roped in a very senior pharmacy audit specialist to conduct the audit. We have given him our newly Tabor recruited Accounts Officer, HR manager, and 10 other staff specially recruited for this purpose to conduct 3 full days audit.
We briefed clients with a full professional report in writing as to how many unaccounted medicines were being found at the live pharmacy counter.
There were no professional visitors & staff entry & exit systems here and we formed them later to arrest this unaccounted stock coming in or going out.
